Julia’s knowledge of drums and percussion has been nurtured through a breadth of musical experience and exposure from a young age. She has a decade of musical training, with playing experience in a plethora of genres: symphonies, pit bands, musical productions, rock, punk, jazz, and folk. As well, she has worked in studio as a session drummer on a number of audio recordings both creative and corporate.  Having recently played Canadian Music Week and NXNE festivals in 2012/2013, Julia is rapidly becoming a recognizable musician in the Toronto music scene.
